Who We Are

McCrary Holdings

McCrary Holdings is family run operation consisting of the owner and founder Mark McCrary and his son Justin McCrary. McCrary Holdings was founded after it became apparent to Mark that landowners had little options when it came to cashing out on their lease. Landowners were basically "stuck" with the annual income of the lease unless the entire property was sold. Billboard leases had become assets with no market. McCrary Holdings originated on the belief that these assets are valuable and a need exists for landowners to create liquidity from these assets.

Mark McCrary

Mark McCrary has over 30 years of experience in the billboard industry. Mark has owned and operated multiple businesses within Outdoor Advertising and at one point owned over 3,000 signs across the country. Marks understanding of the business is second to none.  

Justin McCrary

Justin McCrary, the son of Mark McCrary has been working in the Outdoor Advertising industry for the past 5 years. Justin worked for an outdoor advertising company centered im Chicago before coming home to help build McCrary Holdings.
